Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
The following types of products are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Underwear
• Socks
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returns must meet the following requirements:
• Full name of the person who placed the order.
• Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
• Products must retain all tags and be returned in their original packaging.
• Items that have been accepted and later returned are the customer’s responsibility until they are delivered to our return address. Please ensure you return the item using a shipping service that insures the value of the merchandise. Securely pack the product.
• TRIPLEMELON reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not meet our policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
RETURN SHIPPING
To request a return, access the GLS Return Portal:

Enter the identifier or order number, fill in the required details, and choose the most convenient drop-off point for leaving the package. Once completed, a return label will be generated; you must attach it to the package and deliver it to the selected drop-off point.
If you prefer us to collect the package from your address, after making the return request via GLS, contact TRIPLEMELON to generate a collection request. In this case, we will send you an email confirming the return and the correct label to attach to the package so the courier can pick it up.

TRIPLEMELON does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product. Returns have a cost of €5.50, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the returned item.
There are situations where a refund may be issued to the customer: when the customer receives an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to no fault of the customer, and this can be visually verified. In such cases, take photos of the item upon receipt and send them to info@triplemelon.com, along with a brief description of the issue.
If you are returning an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once the product arrives at our facilities and is verified to meet the conditions or issues indicated, we will process the refund of the corresponding amount within a maximum of 5 business days. Once the refund is made through the same payment method initially used, the transaction may take several business days to reflect in your bank account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If, after 5 business days following the receipt of the item at our facilities, you have not yet received the refund, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is reflected.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable. In this case, a voucher will be issued for the value of the returned item.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or wish to purchase another item, you must make a return and place a new order. For any questions, email us at info@triplemelon.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who purchased the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
