Refund policy

RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and retain its tags.
The following types of products are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear
  • Socks

 

RETURN CONDITIONS
All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
  • Products must have all their tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items you have accepted and subsequently returned are the customer’s responsibility until they are delivered to our return address. Therefore, please ensure you return the item using a shipping service that insures the value of the goods. Package the product securely.
  • TRIPLEMELON reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not meet our return policy may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
To request a return, visit the GLS Returns Portal:
https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/triplemelon.
Enter the identifier or order number, fill in the necessary details, and choose the nearest drop-off point to leave the package. Once completed, a return label will be generated; you will need to attach it to the package and bring it to the selected drop-off point.
If you prefer us to collect the package from your home, after submitting the return request on GLS, contact TRIPLEMELON so we can generate a collection request. In this case, we will send you a return confirmation email with the correct label to attach to the package for the carrier to collect it.

The return shipping fee is 7.95 €, which will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned item. These fees are clearly stated in our terms and conditions and during the purchase process. In the case of defective or non-compliant products, TRIPLEMELON will cover the return shipping costs in accordance with French legislation.

In certain situations, a refund may be issued to the customer: when the customer receives an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and it can be visually verified and demonstrated that the item was received defective. In this case, take photos of the item as soon as you receive the order and send them to info@triplemelon.com with a brief description of the issue.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 €, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For any claims regarding a return, please refer to the "Dispute Mediation and Resolution" section in our terms and conditions.

 

REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once the product arrives at our facilities and we verify that it meets the conditions or reported issues, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 5 business days. Once the refund is processed via the same payment method initially used, the transaction may take several business days to appear in your bank account.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If, after 5 days from the receipt of your item at our facilities, you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced (non-discounted) items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds will be applied to promotional items. In this case, you will receive a voucher for the amount equivalent to the price of the returned item.

 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or wish to purchase another item, please process a return and place a new order. Send us an email at info@triplemelon.com for any questions.

 

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the person who purchased the gift requested the order be sent to themselves, we will refund the purchase amount to the original purchaser, who will be notified of your return.
