5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • Klarna (deferred payment subject to eligibility)
    Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent containing the details of your order. This email does not constitute final acceptance of your order.
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we deem it to violate our policies or applicable laws.
    Prices: All prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT).

6. DELIVERY
Delivery zones: We deliver to mainland France and certain European countries, subject to the specific conditions outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery fees and times:

  • Standard delivery: 2 to 4 business days. Free for orders over 85 €, otherwise 7.95 €.
  • During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be extended.
    Once your order is shipped, an email containing a tracking link will be sent to allow real-time tracking of your package.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
Procedure:

  • Send your withdrawal request to info@triplemelon.com or via the form available on our site (Withdrawal Form).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks for hygiene reasons.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with their tags.
Return fees:

  • For France: 7.95 €, deducted from the refunded amount.
    Refunds:
    After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.

9. PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using this site or its content for illegal or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment, defamation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
  • Uploading malware or attempting fraud.
    In case of violation, we reserve the right to block your access to the site.
