Shipping policy
TYPES OF SHIPPING
At TRIPLEMELON, our commitment is to provide the best customer service while actively dedicating ourselves to sustainability. In this regard, the parcel delivery company responsible for our orders verifies Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions (UNE-EN ISO 14064-1:2019). It operates with over 2,700 alternative vehicles, 95% of new routes with an ECO label, and zero-emission last-mile deliveries. This ensures compliance with our standards and expectations.
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered to your home within 48-72 hours (business days). If your purchase exceeds 67 €, shipping is free; for orders equal to or less than 67 €, there is a fee of 4.50 €.
- Express Shipping: Your order will be delivered to your home within 24-48 hours (business days). It costs 4.95 €. If your purchase exceeds 67 €, you can choose the free Standard Shipping option.
If you are not at home, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt on the next business day, except during Black Friday and Christmas periods, where only one delivery attempt will be made. If you are not at home during this attempt, your order will be left at the nearest pickup point of your choice, where you can collect it at your convenience within the next 10 days. You will be notified of the pickup point address via text message or email. You can change the collection method through the GLS website.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are free for orders over 78 €. For orders equal to or less than that amount, Standard Shipping will be delivered to your home within 48-72 hours at a cost of 6.50 €, while Express Shipping costs 8.95 € and will arrive within 24-48 hours.
No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
DISCOUNT CODE
If you have a discount code, you must enter it in the designated field labeled ‘Discount Code’ during the checkout process, once you have added all products to your shopping cart. The discount code will be automatically applied, adjusting the total amount of your order.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
ORDER DELIVERY
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. At TRIPLEMELON, we ensure to process your order promptly and efficiently. When your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the courier service, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time. On the delivery day, you will receive another notification from the courier company informing you that your order is out for delivery. If any issues arise, you can change the delivery day or location.
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours on business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. This timeframe may vary during special periods such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas, or specific promotions.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
We do not offer weekend delivery services.
If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, contact us at info@triplemelon.com, and we will resolve any issues with our courier agency as soon as possible.
At TRIPLEMELON, we strive to ensure you receive your order within the estimated period. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external circumstances or force majeure.
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday until 1:00 PM. Our offices are located in Málaga, so we do not prepare orders on the following days of the year:
- January: 1 and 6
- February: 28
- March: 28 and 29
- May: 1
- August: 15
- October: 12
- November: 1
- December: 6, 9, 25
Any order placed after 1:00 PM, during weekends, or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment at any time. You can also access your order's tracking details from your user profile on our website or by entering the GLS Shipment Identifier. Depending on the country of your order:

DELAYS
TRIPLEMELON is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, TRIPLEMELON is not responsible for delays related to the courier company. Unfortunately, we have no control over such delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or it is impossible to deliver the package to a responsible person, the product will need to be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
TRIPLEMELON will not be held responsible nor issue refunds for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated delivery addresses.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during the purchase process is current, correct, and accurate. Before completing the purchase, make sure that the delivery address you provide is correct, current, and accurate.
If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our facilities, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery fees or terminate this contract and issue a refund minus the delivery cost.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
TRIPLEMELON recommends that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as a home or workplace address. TRIPLEMELON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to insecure delivery addresses.
COMPLETED SHIPPING
Each delivery is considered completed as soon as TRIPLEMELON makes the product available to the customer, as indicated by the tracking system used by GLS when the order status changes to "completed" or "delivered".
