Refund policy
1. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with Belgian law (Articles VI.47 to VI.53 of the Economic Law Code), you have a legal period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons, including:

Underwear

Socks

Gift cards

Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they are received by TRIPLEMELON. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
3. RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return:

Visit the GLS return portal: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/triplemelon

Enter your order ID or number, fill in the required information, and select the nearest drop-off point. A return label will be generated – stick it on the parcel and drop it off at the selected point.

If you prefer home collection, after submitting the return request on the GLS portal, contact TRIPLEMELON at info@triplemelon.com to arrange the pickup. A return label will be sent to you via email.

4. RETURN FEES
Return costs are €7.95 and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, TRIPLEMELON will cover the return costs, in accordance with Belgian law.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Bank processing times may vary; if the refund does not appear after 5 days, please contact your bank.
6. SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale are not refundable.
A store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item will be issued.
7. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.
For a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.
8. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to that person.
