Shipping policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS
In accordance with current Belgian legislation, TRIPLEMELON offers home delivery for all orders shipped within Belgium. Before delivery, you will receive a message from our logistics partner GLS, allowing you to redirect your package to a pickup point if desired.

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND FEES

Delivery times: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary during peak periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas).
Shipping fees: Delivery is free for orders over €85. For orders equal to or under €85, a shipping fee of €7.95 applies.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. You can also access tracking via our website or directly on our logistics partner’s website:

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND PICKUP POINTS

If you are not present during home delivery, a second attempt may be made or your package may automatically be redirected to a nearby GLS pickup point. You will be notified by email or SMS and given a link to choose another option if necessary.

 

HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS

As our office is located in Málaga, Spain, we do not process orders on the following Spanish public holidays:

  • January: 1st and 6th
  • February: 28th
  • April: 17th and 18th
  • May: 1st
  • August: 15th
  • October: 13th
  • November: 1st
  • December: 8th and 25th

 

DELAYS AND LIABILITY

TRIPLEMELON strives to meet the estimated delivery times. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural events, strikes, or high demand periods.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. TRIPLEMELON cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
