GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

  2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "GTCU") govern the use of the website www.triplemelon.com (hereinafter "the Site") as well as the contractual relationship between TRIPLEMELON and its customers for any orders placed on the Site.
    By placing an order on our Site, you expressly and unconditionally accept these GTCU. If you do not accept the terms of the GTCU, you will not be able to use our services or purchase our products.

  3. LEGAL INFORMATION AND SELLER OBLIGATIONS
    In accordance with articles VI.2 to VI.13 of the Belgian Economic Law Code, we provide you with the following information:

  • Essential characteristics of the products: Available in the product descriptions on the Site.

  • Total price of products: Displayed in euros including VAT, delivery fees included before order validation.

  • Right of withdrawal: See article 8.

  • Contact details: Provided above.

  1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
    All products offered for sale are carefully described on our Site. However, minor differences in color or texture may occur due to your device’s display settings.
    Products are available while stocks last. In case of unavailability after an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a refund or an equivalent product.

  2. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

  • Orders: Placed exclusively on the Site.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

    • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

    • Klarna (deferred payment subject to eligibility)

  • Transaction security: All transactions are secured in accordance with the PSD2 Directive and use strong authentication to ensure the safety of your data.

  1. DELIVERY

  • Delivery areas: Belgium and other countries specified on the Site.

  • Delivery times: 2 to 3 business days (48 to 72 hours).

  • Delivery fees:

    • Free for orders over €85

    • €7.95 for orders equal to or under €85

  • Delivery methods: By default, TRIPLEMELON offers home delivery. However, according to Belgian law, you will also receive a message from GLS before delivery allowing you to redirect your package to a pick-up point if you wish.

  • Order tracking: An email with a tracking link will be sent once your order has been shipped.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    In accordance with article VI.47 of the Belgian Economic Law Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to justify a reason or pay any penalty.

Withdrawal procedure:

  • Contact us by email at info@triplemelon.com or use the withdrawal form available on our Site.

  • Return the products in their original condition to the following address: Doctor Jiménez Encina 11, 1-Izq, 29620 Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain.

  • Return costs are your responsibility unless the delivered product is defective or non-compliant.

Refunds will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned products, by the same payment method used during purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
In accordance with article VI.53 of the Belgian Economic Law Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, socks).

  1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
    Return period: 30 days from receipt of your order.
    Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • They must be in their original packaging and retain their labels.

Return procedure:

  • Visit the GLS returns portal: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/triplemelon

  • Enter your order ID or number, fill in the required information, and choose the nearest drop-off point.

  • A return label will be generated; you must stick it on the package and drop it off at the selected point.

Return costs: €7.95, deducted from the refund amount. For defective or non-compliant products, TRIPLEMELON will cover the return costs.
Refund: Issued within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items, via the same payment method used for purchase.

  1. LEGAL GUARANTEES
    In accordance with articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the Belgian Civil Code, you benefit from the following legal guarantees:

  • Legal conformity guarantee: 2 years from delivery for any defective or non-compliant product.

  • Guarantee against hidden defects: 2 years from discovery of the defect.

  1. PROHIBITED USE
    You are prohibited from using this site or its content for illegal or forbidden purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment, defamation, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

  • Downloading malware or attempting fraud.

In case of violation, we reserve the right to block your access to the site.

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
    Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@triplemelon.com.

  2. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    In case of complaint, contact our customer service at: info@triplemelon.com.
    If no satisfactory solution is found, you can use the European online dispute resolution platform to submit a complaint or resolve a dispute amicably: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

  3. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These GTCU are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the GTCU shall be submitted to the competent Belgian courts.

  4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE GTCU
    We reserve the right to modify these GTCU at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Site.
