Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and include all tags.
Several types of products are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Underwear
- Socks
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Full name of the person who placed the order.
- Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
- Products must include all tags and be returned in their original packaging.
Items that have been accepted and then returned are the customer's responsibility until they are delivered back to our return address. Therefore, please ensure that you return the item using a courier service that insures the value of the merchandise. Pack the product securely.
TRIPLEMELON reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with our returns policy. Returns that fail to meet our policy may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
RETURN SHIPPING
To request a return, visit the GLS Returns Portal:

Enter your order identifier or number, complete the required details, and choose the most convenient drop-off point to leave your package. Once completed, a return label will be generated for you. Attach it to the package and take it to the selected drop-off point.
If you prefer to have the package collected from your home, after making your return request through GLS, contact TRIPLEMELON to request a pick-up. In this case, we will send you an email with the return confirmation and the correct label for you to attach to the package so the courier can collect it.

TRIPLEMELON does not cover return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is a defective product. The return fee is 7.95 €, which will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned item.
There are certain situations where a refund may be issued to the customer: if the customer receives an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error, and it can be visually verified and proven that the item was defective upon receipt. In such cases, take photos of the item as soon as you receive the package and send them to info@triplemelon.com along with a brief description of the problem.
If you are returning an item worth more than 75 €, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once the product arrives at our facilities and it is verified that it meets the requirements or reported issues, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 5 business days. Once the refund is processed through the same payment method used initially, the transaction may take several business days to reflect in your bank account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items (non-discounted) can be refunded. Unfortunately, refunds do not apply to items on sale. In such cases, you will receive a coupon equal to the value of the returned item.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or want to purchase another item, please make a return and place a new order. Contact us at info@triplemelon.com if you have any questions.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who made the purchase had the order shipped to themselves to later give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
