3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: 14 days from receipt of the goods.

  • Return Costs: These are borne by the consumer unless the goods are defective or faulty.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Defective Products: In case of defects, consumers are entitled to repair or replacement in accordance with statutory warranty rights (§§ 437 ff. BGB).
  • Returns: Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Prices and Payment Terms

  • All prices include the statutory VAT (19% in Germany).

6. Delivery

If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts already paid.

 

7. Product Information

Our products comply with EU textile labeling standards. Each item includes information about material composition, care instructions, and country of origin.

 

8. Vouchers and Promotional Codes

  • Only one voucher or promotional code can be used per order.
  • Unused balances expire unless legally protected.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

10. Warranty and Liability

  • Damages caused by improper use of the products.

12. Dispute Resolution

TRIPLEMELON is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • For consumers, German law applies, and jurisdiction is at the consumer's residence.
  • For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TRIPLEMELON in Málaga, Spain.
