Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Reflection Period)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days after receiving your order without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, as listed below.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For reasons of health protection or hygiene, the following products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Bikinis
  • Swimsuits
  • Gift vouchers

This exception is in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels intact.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The responsibility for returning the items lies with the customer until received by TRIPLEMELON. It is recommended to use a traceable and insured shipping method.

4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

  • Go to the GLS return portal:
    https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/triplemelon

  • Enter your order number, fill in the required information, and choose the nearest drop-off point to hand in the package. A return label will be generated; stick this on the package and take it to the selected drop-off point.

  • If you prefer a home pickup, after submitting the return request via the GLS portal, contact TRIPLEMELON at info@triplemelon.com to arrange the pickup. A return label will be sent by email.

  • Send the package to the following address:

5. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are €7.95 and will be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of a defective or non-conforming product, TRIPLEMELON will cover the return costs, in accordance with Dutch legislation.

6. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Bank processing times may vary; if the refund is not visible after 5 days, please contact your bank.

7. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. Instead, a credit voucher will be issued for the value of the returned item.

8. Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.
For a different size or another item, please return the original item and place a new order.

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the order was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be made to that person.
