Shipping policy

1. Delivery Options
TRIPLEMELON offers home delivery for all orders within the Netherlands. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide within an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 working days (48 to 72 hours).

2. Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
Processing Times: Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or during the weekend are processed the next working day.
Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. During busy periods (such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may vary.
Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping for orders of €85 or more.

  • For orders of €85 or less, shipping costs are €7.95.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to follow the status of your delivery in real time. You can also check the status via our website or directly on our logistics partner’s website:

4. Delivery Attempts
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt on the next working day. If the second attempt also fails, your package will be taken to the nearest pickup point, where it will be available for collection for 10 days. You will receive an email or SMS with the pickup point details.

5. Holidays and Weekends
Since our offices are located in Málaga, Spain, we do not process orders on the following Spanish public holidays:

  • January: 1 and 6
  • February: 28
  • March: 28 and 29
  • May: 1
  • August: 15
  • October: 12
  • November: 1
  • December: 6, 9, 25

6. Delays and Liability
TRIPLEMELON strives to meet the estimated delivery times. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or busy periods.

7. Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. TRIPLEMELON is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
