2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website www.triplemelon.com by consumers residing in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES
Product Descriptions: All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor color or texture differences may occur due to screen settings.
Prices: All prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders: Orders can only be placed through the website.

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Shipping Costs:

Free shipping for orders over €85.

For orders of €85 or less, shipping costs are €7.95.
Shipping Confirmation: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery, such as underwear, swimwear, and socks.

Return the products within 14 days of withdrawal to:

Return costs of €7.95 are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refund: Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and returned goods, the full purchase amount, including any outbound shipping costs, will be refunded via the same payment method you used.
7. RETURN POLICY
Return Period: In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a return period of 30 days after receipt of your order.
Conditions:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

Products excluded from return for hygienic reasons, such as underwear and swimwear, cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Enter your order details and follow the instructions to generate a return label.

Drop off the package at a GLS drop-off point or contact us to arrange a pickup.
Return Costs: €7.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund: Within 5 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
8. WARRANTY
Legal Warranty: You are entitled to a sound product. If a product does not comply with the agreement, you have the right to free repair or replacement.

9. USE OF THE WEBSITE
Prohibited Use: It is forbidden to use the website for illegal purposes, including but not limited to:
